Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and effective incident resolution relating to Windows/webapps, business systems, networking issues and more.
* Administer staff systems, provision new equipment and manage assets from procurement to decommissioning.
* Deploy, image and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals; ship to various locations as required.
* Deliver excellent service and support to internal customers and business partners.
