Position: Home Care Partner – Katanning / Care Partner – At Home Services
What you'll do
Support clients in their own homes with quality complex care and assistance
Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry, showering, continence support, grooming, dressing, food preparation, medication assistance, social support and transport
Develop genuine connections with clients to help them live their best possible lives
Availability ideally Monday to Friday
To support you in your role
Comprehensive orientation program including training and buddy shifts
Direct access to a dedicated supervisor

Pay rate: $32.74 – $33.82 per hour + Casual Loading + Superannuation + Km rate for travel + Salary Sacrifice packaging benefits
What we need from you
Unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance to transport clients
Strong communication, resilience and patience
Proficient use of smartphone technology, apps and email
