The Job:
We are actively seeking a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our friendly team.
Duties May Include:
* Meeting & greeting clients
* Answering phones
* Email and Mail correspondence
* Maintaining client database and updating information where required
* Preparing Letters & other documentation
* Appointment booking
* Lodgement of compliance obligations for clients
* Scanning and electronic filing of documents
* Social Media Management
* Any other ad-hoc administration tasks required by the management team.
About You
You can work in a fast-paced environment, are organised and thorough, have fantastic customer service skills and can work efficiently both on your own or as part of a team.
Ideally you will have/be:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word
* Experience in customer service roles/administration
* High attention to detail
* Good time management skills
* Be punctual, reliable and presentable
