Project Manager Role
We're seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong background in Rail Maintenance to ensure the successful delivery of projects in the North West region of WA.
This is a full-time position involving work on a 4:3 (4 days on/3 days off) FIFO Roster. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining client relationships and delivering projects across various outcomes including HSE, commercial, financial, program and quality.
About You
* You'll need tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a similar field.
* Prior experience in rail maintenance projects is essential.
* You should have prior programming/planning experience, financial analysis and management skills.
* The ability to lead and manage a team in geographic disperse locations is crucial.
* You'll need an understanding of commercial conditions relating to contract management, valuations and industrial environment.
* Experience in managing a blue-collar workforce is required.
* Tender development experience relating to infrastructure projects is also necessary.
