About the role
This is a full-time Counter Sales & Warehousing role at GP HVAC Group in Geelong. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, managing inventory, and supporting our warehousing operations.
What you'll be doing
* Serving customers at the front counter, answering queries, and processing orders and sales
* Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring products are properly stocked and stored
* Receiving and processing incoming deliveries, and preparing outbound shipments
* Assisting with general warehousing duties, such as picking, packing, and loading/unloading goods
* Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
* Contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of the warehouse operations
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a warehousing or distribution environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
* Good organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
* Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations
* Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment
* A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
