Behaviour Support Professional Opportunity

* We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver person-centred behaviour support under the NDIS, working closely with participants and their support networks.
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary-level education in a relevant field, Core or Proficient registration with the NDIS Commission, and at least 6 months experience in positive behaviour support.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop evidence-informed behaviour support plans aligned with individuals' goals and NDIS plans.
* Provide high-quality support in home and community settings such as schools and group homes.
* Use functional assessment tools to conduct physical and interpersonal assessments in various environments.
* Support engagement, emotional regulation, challenging behaviours, and social skills through therapeutic interventions.
