What You'll Be Doing: Optimising Equipment Performance – Develop and implement reliability strategies to minimise downtime and maximise asset availability Condition Monitoring & Data Analysis – Use predictive maintenance tools to assess equipment health and proactively address failures before they occur Failure Investigation & RCA – Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and eliminate recurring issues, improving long-term reliability Maintenance Strategy Development – Enhance preventive and predictive maintenance plans to align with industry best practices Technical Leadership – Provide expert advice on asset performance, maintenance optimisation, and risk reduction Continuous Improvement – Lead projects that drive efficiency, cost savings, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, operations and maintenance teams to implement innovative reliability solutions. What We're Looking For: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field) Proven experience in asset reliability, condition monitoring, or maintenance strategy development Strong knowledge of RCA, FMEA, and predictive maintenance techniques Hands-on experience with CMMS systems and reliability software Ability to work in a heavy industry, mining, or industrial environment Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach What's in It for You?
