The Social Procurement Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing Social and Indigenous Procurement Plans across major projects, identifying opportunities and removing barriers.

The Opportunity
* Develop strategic plans to integrate social and indigenous procurement practices into major projects.
* Build relationships with suppliers from diverse backgrounds, driving partnerships and tangible outcomes.
* Facilitate workshops to identify, evaluate, and mitigate procurement risks.
* Upskill staff and lead initiatives that promote awareness and application of social procurement practices.
* Contribute to industry leadership through research, communications, and reporting.
