About the Role
As a Junior Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. You'll work closely with our administration team and technicians to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and customers receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
* Booking and scheduling jobs
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with technicians and clients
* General administrative support to the office team
About You
* Minimum education: Completion of Year 12
* Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Friendly, confident, and professional manner
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable transport to and from work
* A positive attitude with a desire to grow and develop
