We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Lawyer for my client in Perth who are a well known firm that specialises within conveyancing, commercial and corporate. Successful candidates will have a strong background in all areas of Property Law and have the ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.
Duties but not limited to:-
* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members on legal, conveyancing, and practice-related queries.
* Oversee work allocation and transactional management
* Ensure quality, risk assurance, and compliance with legal standards and best practices.
* Managing complex conveyancing transactions and handle overflow work when required.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
* Business development.
Requirements:-
* Minimum 5 years + PQE experience in all aspects of property law.
* Admission as a lawyer in Western Australia
* Hold a current unrestricted practicing certificate.
* Strong understanding of property law principles and procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
