This is a unique opportunity for a suitably experienced senior management accountant to join a small team in a high-quality corporate environment. The Role Working within a close-knit and established finance team, this Senior Financial/Management Accountant role is critical to the overall success of the finance function and wider business. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Assist in producing monthly board reports, quarterly and annual reports for management and external stakeholders (including ABS returns). Assist in preparing the budget and 5-year forecast for the Group. Manage all financial accounting aspects for the investment portfolios and other investments, ensuring complete and accurate GL balances, management reporting, and financial reporting. Assist in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the general ledger, including journal entries (inter-entity transactions), review of journals from the Assistant Accountant, and general ledger reconciliations. Contribute to the annual and half-yearly statutory reporting and audit processes for the Group, including preparing consolidated financial statements. Prepare Income Tax returns for entities within the Group. Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as required. The Candidate You will already be an experienced Senior Management Accountant with a minimum of 5 years post CPA/CA qualification. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are essential, as you will interact with senior internal and external stakeholders.
