Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior People And Culture Partner to join our team. This role will play a key part in enabling positive business outcomes by delivering expert advice and people solutions through our People Solutions Centre model.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor, partnering with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver blended workforce solutions across organisational design, change, and employee relations to meet evolving business needs.
* Manage sensitive employee relations issues, including misconduct, grievances, and performance, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
* Develop leadership capability by coaching and mentoring leaders and team members to build strong people management skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Use workforce data, trends, and insights to guide decision-making and support evidence-based planning and change.
* Contribute to the implementation of national People & Culture initiatives, ensuring consistent and timely delivery across the organisation.
