Job Description:
We are looking for compassionate and committed professionals to join our team in Ipswich. In this role, you will work closely with young people, providing emotional support and practical guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
As a Residential Youth Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and supervision to young people in a 24-hour setting. You will work with them to develop life skills, confidence, and independence, and provide emotional support during difficult times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention (or equivalent)
* A current Blue Card
* A full Australian Driver's Licence
* Full working rights in Australia
* Ability to build trust with diverse young people
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts
