Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with valet parking and luggage.
* Be knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and services, assisting guests with any queries or concerns they may have.
* Maintain a clean and organized lobby and porte-cochère area, including clearing debris and arranging seating.
* Provide recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
* Assist guests with transportation arrangements, such as booking taxis or airport transfers.
* Ensure the highest standards of customer service and professionalism are upheld at all times.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.
* Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shift times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* A valid full Australian driver's licence.
