Family Coach Manager
This role involves leading and supporting a team of Family Coaches in delivering evidence-based interventions to families in need. As a key member of our Early Help Team, you will oversee service delivery, ensure client-centered outcomes, and drive staff development.

* Lead a high-performing team of Family Coaches, driving recruitment, development, and adherence to best-practice frameworks.
* Oversee and provide direct support services, ensuring safety, impact, and client-centered outcomes through coordinated planning and service evaluation.
* Build strategic partnerships and drive community engagement, fostering strong internal and external relationships.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Child & Family Social Welfare, or a related discipline.
* Experience working in child and family services, family violence, AOD, mental health, and/or disability services.
* Knowledge of the impact of trauma and family violence on families, with the ability to apply a gendered family violence lens when working with clients.
