Project Manager - Construction and Engineering
As a seasoned Project Manager in Construction and Engineering, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop Master Plans and estimate construction costs for each plot of land.
* Review drawings and specifications, manage contractor bidding, negotiation, and award processes.
* Verify construction contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements.
* Conduct regular meetings and track project progress, resolving any issues that arise.
* Select materials and establish quality standards.
* Monitor contractor payments and manage variations in work scope.
* Inspect completed works and report defects to the contractor for rectification.
* Verify project documentation, including As-built Drawings, Bank guarantees, and completion reports.
* Oversee repairs and maintenance operations, focusing on cost-effectiveness, timelines, and quality.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (GPA > 2.75).
* At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in infrastructure and construction projects.
* Valid Level-I Professional Engineering license.
