Job Overview
As a Guest Service Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and support throughout their stay.
This position requires a professional with excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests upon arrival, registering them into the hotel system, and issuing room keys according to departmental standards and procedures.
You will also be responsible for assisting guests with check-in and checkout, as well as other cashiering duties.
Additionally, you will be required to review arrival lists and prepare compendiums prior to guests' arrival, and update and maintain repeat guest history systems.
Other key responsibilities will include promoting Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities, handling guests' complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently, and maintaining complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets, and hotel services/features.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with relevant Front Office experience, preferably in a similar hospitality environment.
A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management would be an asset, but we also welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

About the Role
The Guest Service Associate will report to the Front Office Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that all front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will be proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
