About The Role
This challenging role requires the HSE Advisor to manage changing construction risks, including De-Watering, Civils, and Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines, within an established MSA project working for a tier 1 miner in the Pilbara. Strong focus is placed on fulfilling and driving the company's HSE Lead Indicators, including infield coaching, workplace inspections and procedure auditing.
Reporting to the Project Manager (line) and the HSEQ Manager (function) you will be proactive in assessing and planning for upcoming risks, providing daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports, and continually assure that best-practice training is in place.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all HSE attached to the project site
Reporting and administration regarding HSE
Inspections, audits, collating of findings
Active role in investigations and managing any incidents
Communicate and consult with site personnel on HSE policies, procedures, hazard alerts and other relevant information
About You
Able to manage a 2:1 roster and experience working in a FIFO environment
Must be Fortescue inducted
Tertiary qualification in HSE
Experience working a FIFO HSE role
White card
Incident and auditing training preferred
