Key Responsibilities
* Evidence-based psychological services to K-12 students, ensuring academic success and well-being
* Counselling, assessments, and strategies for students with challenges, promoting inclusivity and diversity
* Collaboration with teaching staff to support learning and well-being plans, enhancing student achievement
* Workshops and presentations on mental health and resilience, empowering students and staff
* Crisis intervention and contributing to a positive school culture, fostering a safe and supportive environment
Selection Criteria
* Full registration as a Psychologist, adhering to professional standards
* Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting, leveraging expertise and skills
* Strong knowledge of child development, mental health, and learning difficulties, informing effective practice
* Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills, building strong relationships
* Flexibility to work across two campuses, accommodating diverse needs
* A commitment to Christian values, aligning with the school's ethos
