We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Youth Engagement Specialist. This role will play a vital part in the Project Booyah initiative, focusing on increasing youth involvement in programs and events.
* Assist in re-engaging young people in their education at school and transition to the workforce.
* Work with at-risk young people to foster a supportive, respectful, and positive atmosphere.
Main Responsibilities
* Reporting to the State Coordinator, assist in managing and coordinating youth programs.
* Develop and implement strategies to engage young people in education and employment opportunities.
* Collaborate with local community organizations to promote youth development initiatives.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as community services, youth work, or similar.
* Demonstrated experience in youth programs and case management.
* Current drivers' licence or ability to obtain.
