We are representing a well-established consultancy with a consistent Northern Territory pipeline across residential subdivisions, mixed-use developments and urban renewal precincts.
What You Will Be DoingLeading civil design across land development and infill renewal projectsManaging roads, drainage, stormwater, earthworks and servicing strategiesCoordinating approvals with local authorities and key stakeholdersWorking closely with 12D designers and junior engineers to deliver high-quality documentationOwning projects from concept through detailed design and approval

What We Are Looking For5-10+ years’ experience in civil engineering within a design consultancyStrong land development background (greenfield subdivisions and/or urban renewal)Experience delivering civil documentation aligned with Australian standardsConfidence across drainage, roads, earthworks and servicing designExperience working with 12D designers and multidisciplinary teamsStable consultancy-based career history
This Role Is Not Suited ToEngineers working primarily in large-scale transport, rail or highway infrastructureConstruction contractor or site-supervision-based rolesDeveloper-side project management without detailed design responsibility
