Your Role
* Represent buyers exclusively in residential, commercial, and development property searches
* Manage the client journey from discovery call to settlement
* Conduct research, inspections, negotiations, and due diligence
* Operate as a self-employed contractor (commission-only, ABN required)
Requirements
* Valid NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (Class 1 or 2)
* Experience in property sales, acquisitions, or buyer advocacy
* ABN and ability to invoice as a contractor
* Own vehicle (preferred)
* Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
* Commitment to compliance with NSW Property and Stock Agents Act and Fair Trading guidelines
