Administrative Officer - Outpatient Department
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Outpatient Department of a hospital.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative services to support the department, including data entry and record management.
* Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve common goals.
* Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
* Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
* Hold a Medical Terminology Certificate or have equivalent knowledge from relevant work experience in a medical setting.
Requirements:
* Temporary Part Time role, 16 hours per week.
* Maternity relief position until February 2025 with possibility of extension.
Working Environment:
Category A role. Preferred applicants will be reviewed for compliance with NSW Health policy directive on Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases.
