Gold Coast Printing and Framing have an exciting position available for an experienced Picture Framer to join our team.
Duties include:
* Measurement and planning
* Cutting, joining & assembly
* Working with machinery
* Maintaining the workshop in a clean and safe manner
* Frame design
* Handling artwork & roll mounting prints
* Mat board & glass cutting
Requirements & attributes
* Minimum 1 year picture framing experience
* Ability to follow instructions & have great time management
* Good measurement skills & keen attention to detail
* Physical fitness & capability
* Reliable punctuality
* A creative mind, common sense & eagerness to learn
* The ability to work both in a team & independently
* Be a confident communicator
* Experience in the field or similar industry advantageous but not required
* Exceptional knowledge of hand tools & machinery operations
