Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, managing employee data, and maintaining accurate records in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll for all employees with accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records
* Manage employee benefits and entitlements, including PayForce and Emplive
* Perform calculations and reconciliations as required to ensure compliance and accuracy
Requirements:
* Current experience with financial processing and payroll management
* Advanced computer skills, particularly with MS Word and Excel
* Experience handling sensitive, private, and confidential information
* Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly
