About your opportunity: In this position you will * Demonstrate recognised expertise, knowledge and skills obtained through significant professional development activities, post-graduate education or formal qualification(s), and a commitment to participation and provision of professional development and learning initiatives for the development of self and others. * Lead change management processes through collaborative development of physiotherapy and allied health clinical practices, policies and protocols and involvement and negotiations with other key stakeholders. * Provide clinical direction, training, advice and delegation to physiotherapists, allied health practitioners, allied health assistants and support staff in all aspects relating to their area of expertise as appropriate.
