Job Description



The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or in-person interactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a vital role in resolving their queries and concerns efficiently.




* Average order values exceeding 3000 USD per month can expect responses within an hour from your requests once they initiate conversation via chat on web site but average turnaround time would exceed five minutes when using other channels due lack human involvement during weekends afternoons till evenings which account nearly sixty percent all possible contacts since consumers do shop mostly workdays morning hours at home nearby local shopping areas rather than workplace premises because reasons like traffic public transport difficulties personal schedules etcetera :




Required Skills And Qualifications




* Degree Certificate Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration Supply Chain Operations or equivalent highly preferred: Minimum 3 years experience relevant field vocational education accepted;
