**Your new role**
As the Service Administrator you will be employed full-time and be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Your duties will include but not limited to:
- SWMS/SWP's & Compliance
- Coordinate Toolbox meetings
- Organise Office Supplies/Uniforms
- Oversee Contracts & Renewals
- Updating Servicing Records
- Handover Process
- Reporting
- Overseeing Rosters/After-Hours Call Centre
- Invoicing
- Contract Administration
**What you'll need to succeed**
- SimPro Experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Highly Detailed Oriented
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Amazing Customer Service Skills
