Overview
We are a family owned property maintenance business expanding operations. We are looking for someone to start work asap. We operate across Perth from Yanchep to Falcon, performing pressure cleaning, gardening and window cleaning on small commercial properties. The position is full time with benefits, starting at 5:00 or 6:00 am, Monday to Friday.
After the training period you will need to be able to work alone and be self-motivated, well presented and courteous to customers and their staff, with an eye for detail. An open driver’s license and off-street parking for the work vehicle (which you take home) are a must.
Responsibilities
- Complete pressure cleaning, gardening and window cleaning on small commercial properties across Perth (Yanchep to Falcon).
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be able to work independently after training; self-motivated and detail‑oriented.
- Courteous demeanor and valuable presentation to customers and staff.
- Open driver’s license and off-street parking for the work vehicle (taken home).
- Reticulation fault finding experience is a plus; wages can be negotiated accordingly.
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
