Job Title: Visual Effects Lead
We are looking for an experienced Visual Effects Lead to join our team. As a key member of our animation department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual effects that bring our animated projects to life.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the art and animation teams to design and animate dynamic visual effects. You will lead a team of 2D FX artists, providing guidance on techniques, style consistency, and performance standards. Your expertise will ensure that all visual effects align with the overall visual aesthetic and tone of each project.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and animating high-quality 2D visual effects
* Leading and mentoring a team of 2D FX artists
* Working closely with the Art Director and Showrunner to align FX with the overall visual aesthetic and tone of each project
* Ensuring FX animations are optimized for production pipelines
* Partnering with other departments to integrate effects seamlessly
