Based in Larapinta - Southside of Brisbane, Botanica Garden Products also known as RICHGRO is a company that manufactures and supplies fertilisers and chemicals into Hardware stores/Garden Centres across Queensland/NSW region. This is a small family business with a large output that has been going now for over 40 years. Our biggest consumer is Bunnings that rely on us as one of the biggest distributors in Queensland to help deliver products on a weekly basis.
**About the Role**
Due to expansion in the business, we are now seeking an energetic **Warehouse Operator** to join our team who has availability to start early October. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 6.30am to 3pm with overtime available as well paid at time and half. You will join the existing team in the day to day operations to ensure efficient picking and packing of both Bunnings and Independent warehouse orders. The ideal applicant will also be able to assist loading/unloading of trucks when required - having a Forklift License would be essential with 2/3 years minimum experience.
Overall, you will be working in a relatively fast-paced environment with plenty of assistance on hand to help get tasks done. For the right person, there is potential for progression as a long-term employee.
**About you**
- Previous experience in a warehouse (preferred).
- Forklift (LF) License required.
- Drivers license (required).
- Ability to work as a team member and independently without supervision.
- Dynamic, proactive and enjoys versatility in a role. Not afraid to get their hands dirty
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 50 per week
