As our POS & IT Support Engineer, you'll deliver hands-on Level 1 and Level 2 support across Point of Sale systems and broader IT infrastructure - fixing issues fast, rolling out upgrades, and keeping 260+ stores, our distribution centre, and HQ running smoothly.

What we're looking for
* 3–5 years' experience in an IT support role (Level 1 and/or Level 2) within retail or a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated experience supporting POS systems and retail operations technology
* Strong Microsoft 365 skills in a hybrid environment, including Entra ID and Intune
* Solid networking fundamentals - LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and endpoint troubleshooting
* Working knowledge of SQL Server for POS support and basic reporting
* Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and attention to detail
* Clear communicator who can translate tech for non-technical teams
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
* Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MD-102/MS-102, ITIL Foundation) well regarded
Nice to have
* Experience with MDM platforms such as SOTI MobiControl or Intune
* VMware and PowerShell scripting experience
* Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance and payment security controls
* Exposure to backup solutions such as Veeam
