Andre's Osteria in Weston, ACT is seeking a talented Chef de Partie/Apprentice to join our passionate team. What you'll be doing
1. Preparing high-quality dishes to our exacting standards
2. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall kitchen operations
3. Ensuring all food preparation and cooking is completed in a timely and efficient manner
4. Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices
5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of kitchen processes and procedures
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience in a similar role, in a busy, high-quality restaurant
2. Strong organisational and time management skills
3. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle the pressures of a fast-paced kitchen
4. Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create exceptional dishes
5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high food safety standards
