About the role
We're looking for an Operations Specialist based in Australia to support day-to-day execution across suppliers, pricing, and internal systems. This role is highly execution-focused and sits at the core of how SeaShell runs.
You'll be responsible for making sure information is correct, follow-ups happen, and workflows stay clean as volume increases. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy turning chaos into systems, this role is a strong fit.
What you'll do
* Coordinate with packaging suppliers (primarily APAC) to request pricing, specs, MOQs, and lead times
* Prepare, validate, and maintain accurate quotes and product data
* Manage operational workflows from supplier confirmation through order readiness
* Keep internal systems clean and up to date (vendors, products, pricing, specs)
* Track supplier performance, timelines, and constraints
* Identify issues early and help resolve production or timing risks
* Work closely with sales and operations to improve processes and reduce friction
* Document SOPs and contribute to scalable operational systems
What we're looking for
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Comfortable working with suppliers and following up persistently
* Highly organized and self‐directed
* Able to operate across time zones
* Clear written communication skills
* Comfortable with spreadsheets and internal tools
* Background in operations, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing is a plus
* Packaging experience is helpful but not required
