Individuals that access the program receive support to reduce social, physical and other barriers that impact a person's ability to attain and maintain employment, by identifying strengths and building skills that improve life outcomes.

You'll collaborate closely with both job seekers and employers to identify and tackle any barriers that may arise, creating a supportive environment where everyone can succeed.
