Role Overview:

The Customer Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in handling customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. This position requires an empathetic, solution-oriented individual who can efficiently manage customer concerns, log information accurately, and provide timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the service database regularly.
* Assess customer needs, troubleshoot concerns, and offer effective solutions in a timely manner.
* Communicate service details, appointment updates, and membership benefits to customers.
* Manage multiple systems efficiently to access, update, and transfer customer information.
* Proactively reach out to customers for scheduling, service follow-ups, membership renewals, and promotions.
* Evaluate and maintain high standards of quality control through QA processes and adherence to company policies.
* Prioritize professionalism, accuracy, and empathy in all customer interactions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
* Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.
* Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
* Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work well under pressure.
* Reliable, punctual, and highly dependable.
* Previous QA experience is preferred to support quality control efforts.
