Key Responsibilities
* Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, validate, and document business and functional requirements
* Act as a liaison between business teams, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand current-state and future-state processes
* Translate business needs into clear requirements, functional specifications, process maps, test scenarios/cases, and user stories
* Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimisation
* Collaborate with technical teams, vendors and testers to ensure solutions align with business strategy, governance standards, and compliance requirements
* Assist in testing activities (test planning, user acceptance testing, defect triage) to validate that the solution meets business expectations and coordinate testing resources
* Assist with change impact analysis and support change management activities
Skills and Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex system implementation projects
* Extensive experience developing process maps (BPMN)
* Experience supporting digital change initiatives and stakeholder engagement
* Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and user story creation
* Comfortable reviewing technical documentation and supporting BAU transition
* Experience with UAT, SIT, and release coordination
* Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
Casual Loading
For all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
