Electrical Engineer Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer Leader to drive improvements and enhancements across our site.
* Lead and coach a team of electrical engineers and reliability officers to achieve their goals and objectives.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
* Provide expert electrical and instrumentation engineering support to meet operational needs and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure asset management best practices are utilised to achieve required performance for assets site wide.
* Guide the development, review, and governance of asset whole-of-life plans and tactics to ensure compliance and production targets are met.
* Direct and oversee asset non-performance and failure investigations to identify root causes and address them effectively.
