About the opportunity
This role focuses on providing accurate, detailed cost estimates for interiors as well as overseeing and updating systems, collateral, price lists and pricing requests for internal stakeholders. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
* Maintain MyChoice business systems to provide efficiency and remove errors
* Ensure correct pricing and profit margins in MyChoice Design systems and products
* Maintain price lists so that prices are always current in accordance with company's requirements
* Administrative tasks and documents including usage reports, pricing reports, product sheets, creating internal documents
* Complete interior pricing requests e.g. staircases
* Complete product pricing as requested and approved
* Analyse Item Rates Audit Reports to maintain MyChoice Pricing nationally
About you
To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MyChoice and NEX Group along with:
* Experience in estimating – Residential highly regarded
* Ideally a Cert IV in Building and Construction or similar
* Exceptional computer skills with a medium to advanced knowledge of Excel
* Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and strive to reach targets
* Experience in BusinessCraft, and / or Companion systems would be advantageous but is not essential
