Project Coordinator Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and assist with ongoing and upcoming projects. The role will reside in our head office, where you will be responsible for preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation, as well as managing and tracking project expenditure.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator / Project Coordinator for a Head Contractor in Australia within the fitout and refurbishment space. They should also possess strong attention to detail and proven communication skills, along with knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors.
We are looking for someone who can deliver commercial fitout and refurbishment projects, and has intermediate level contracts administration skills.
