The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Team Leader to support and guide our teams in a fast‑paced production environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving performance, supporting team development, and contributing to the delivery of fresh, high‑quality produce to Australian families. We're looking for a proactive leader with strong communication skills, a focus on safety, and a passion for continuous improvement within a production setting.
This role is located at our packing facility in Hillston, NSW.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the team to ensure customer orders are packed accurately and on time
* Set up packing lines and manage staff allocation to maximise productivity
* Monitor and maintain quality standards across all packing activities
* Complete and maintain daily production documentation
* Supervise, mentor, and train team members to build a high‑performing production team
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and WHS requirements
* Monitor production equipment and overall line efficiency
What we are looking for
* Experience working in a production or food processing environment (Desirable but not essential)
* Proven people management and team leadership experience
* Hands‑on experience with packing lines and related equipment
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to make timely, effective decisions
* Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
* Ability to mentor and train staff in a fast‑paced setting
* A proactive approach to safety, quality, and efficiency
