Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This role is pivotal in driving growth profitability and client satisfaction for a portfolio of priority accounts.
We will count on you to
* Develop implement and manage risk management and insurance programs tailored to client needs
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client decision‑makers through regular communication and meetings
* Expand and retain a high‑value portfolio to achieve team objectives
* Assist in risk and insurance program renewals ensuring comprehensive knowledge of major insurance categories and relevant regulations
* Engage in industry events and client functions to build a robust professional network and represent Marsh effectively
What you need to have
* A minimum of 1 year experience in insurance broking with a developing understanding of business and organisational risk management
* A proven track record of assisting with client accounts and client engagement
* Exceptional communication attention to detail and negotiation skills
* Essential Tier 1 FSRA Compliance; or ANZIIF and tertiary qualification is beneficial but not mandatory
