About The Role
The Education Officer – Religious Education (Secondary) plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of Religious Education across secondary schools. This position involves providing expert leadership, mentoring and curriculum support to Principals, APREs, Religious Education Coordinators and teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strengthen Catholic Identity by delivering high-quality religious education with faithfulness and cultural responsiveness.
* Support schools to implement Journey in Faith, Made in the Image of God, and SACE Spiritualities, Religion & Meaning curriculum frameworks.
* Build capability across school teams through professional learning opportunities.
* Design staff faith formation initiatives that foster spiritual growth among educators.
This is a full-time permanent position commencing February 2026.
