Barden Farms is a vertically integrated farming operation that grows, packs, and distributes fresh vegetables daily to numerous customers. Barden Farms consists of multiple farming operations, along with production and dispatch facilities. These operations are to work together as a team to provide fresh, high-quality produce in a timely manner to their customers.
About the role
We are seeking a Supply Coordinator to support procurement and day-to-day supply planning across our farms and external grower network. This role is primarily office-based, with regular time spent in the shed and on farm to maintain a strong understanding of operations on the ground.
The Supply Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring stock is available, fresh, and aligned with operational and customer requirements, working closely with farms, logistics, production, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities
* Coordinate the procurement of stock from internal farms and approved external growers as required
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal farm teams and external growers
* Work closely with logistics and production teams to align stock availability, movements, and priorities
* Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply while maintaining freshness and minimising ageing stock
* Adapt supply decisions in response to changing conditions including seasonality, pricing, weather, and crop availability
* Support customer fulfilment by assessing requests for additional or varied supply and confirming feasibility with internal teams
* Assist with general supply planning, issue resolution, and day-to-day operational decision-making
What we're looking for
* Some experience in procurement, supply coordination, or the fresh produce industry (preferred, but training will be provided)
* Strong organisational skills with a practical, common-sense approach
* Comfortable working across office, shed, and farm environments
* Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including stock tracking and simple reporting
* Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with growers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders
* Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, operational environment
