We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in supporting our sites and leaders through practical, high-quality recruitment.
About the role
This is a hands-on, in-house recruitment role with a strong site support focus.
You'll partner closely with Facility Managers and leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a mix of high-volume casual roles, traineeships and early careers, and permanent and leadership positions.
You'll also help build sustainable talent pipelines, strengthen our employer brand, and make recruitment easier and more effective for our sites.
What you'll be doing
Deliver end-to-end recruitment across casual, permanent and leadership roles
Support site leaders with practical, best-practice recruitment advice
Manage high-volume and seasonal recruitment for operational roles
Build and maintain talent pools and pipelines
Coordinate traineeship and early-career attraction and intakes
Build partnerships with schools, RTOs and community organisations
Represent CVM at career events and local community forums About you
Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in‑house or agency)
Comfortable managing high-volume recruitment in operational environments
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
