Store Manager - Gyprock (Thornleigh), CSR Limited
Permanent Full-time role based at Thornleigh, NSW. Reporting to the Area Manager within the Gyprock business. The role supports customer service, sales, warehouse duties and leads the team.
* Responsibilities
* Champion a safety-first culture within the factory aiming for a zero-harm environment.
* Manage the sales and operation activities of the store.
* Ensure the store meets budget and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Promote and manage catalogue sales and campaigns to grow category sales and maintain margin.
* Maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Collaborate with Inventory and State Manager to ensure inventory is executed in line with national direction and identify improvement opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with retail-ready standards and behaviours including housekeeping, merchandising and presentation.
* Monitor and coach employees under your supervision to achieve performance and development plans.
* Forklift licence is desirable; willing to obtain.
You will be working Monday – Friday, 6am–3pm, with some Saturdays required.
