About the role
Join the dynamic team at Collab Electrical Group Pty Ltd. as a full-time A Grade Electrician based in Mornington, VIC. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical Projects to a diverse range of residential and commercial clients.
What you'll be doing
* Running High End Residential and Commercial Construction Jobs
* Leading teams, through Construction stages
* Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to Australian standards
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing expert solutions
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards
* Maintain accurate job records and documentation
* Collaborate with the wider team to provide exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
* Qualified A Grade Electrician with a current Australian Electrician's License
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrician in the residential and commercial sectors
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
