This role will enable commercial decision making in the context of significant business initiatives and transformation projects across Supply Chain. This will be achieved through critical financial analysis and provision of strategic insights to support transformational changes and ongoing operations.What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKEEmbed yourself within project and operational teams to thoroughly understand the challenges and opportunities associated with major initiatives as we all as ongoing operations to enable the provision of value adding financial expertise and insightsDrive commercial decisions through comprehensive evaluation of P&L impacts for proposed initiatives. This includes analysing potential uplifts, risks, and mitigation options, with all documentation prepared at a level appropriate for executive-level consumption.Deliver in-depth financial analysis, strategic insights, and decision-support materials in line with project timelines and critical business requirements, including feasibility analysis and post-implementation reviewsLead the provision of ongoing financial insights and performance updates for initiatives, throughout the project lifecycle. This includes monitoring actual results against projections, identifying variances, and recommending course corrections as needed.Identify areas for process improvement or innovative financial approaches that can enhance decision-making for transformational projects as well as ongoing operations.
