Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance Conduct quality checks and record production data Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets ? What We're Looking For Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred but not essential) Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work shift work, including potential overtime or weekends Forklift licence (desirable but not required) ??
