About the Role
As a Leasing Executive, you will play a key role in driving occupancy, building tenant relationships, and supporting the delivery of high‐quality leasing outcomes across property assets.
You will work closely with the senior team and gain hands‐on exposure across the full leasing lifecycle, including marketing, inspections, negotiations, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with leasing enquiry management, tenant inspections, and follow‐up
* Support negotiations on new leases, renewals, and incentives
* Prepare leasing proposals, heads of agreement, and associated documentation
* Coordinate marketing campaigns, listings, and on‐site signage
* Maintain up‐to‐date market knowledge and track competing supply
* Build strong relationships with tenants, agents, and stakeholders
* Support reporting, occupancy analysis, and portfolio administration
* Ensure all leasing activities align with company policies and timelines
About You
We are looking for a motivated and confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a fast‐paced property environment.
You will bring
* 1–4 years' experience in commercial property, leasing, or property management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and customer‐focused mindset
* Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to build rapport with tenants, agents, and internal stakeholders
* A desire to grow your career in commercial property
* A valid WA driver's licence (required)
* A current relevant real estate registration/certificate or willingness to obtain one
